Franchise Business Development Manager

At United Franchise Group, we are seeking an experienced Franchise Business Development Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving franchise sales growth in your assigned region by building relationships with existing franchisees, identifying new opportunities, and creating a pipeline of qualified leads.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in business ownership or transactional sales, with a proven track record of success in lead generation and relationship-building. You will work closely with the Franchise Development department to minimize time spent on lead generation and focus on high-value activities that drive revenue growth.
We offer a competitive compensation package of $80-90K base salary plus uncapped commissions, providing an attractive opportunity for motivated individuals who thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Presenting franchise brand offerings to prospective clients
- Maintaining relationships with existing franchisees and driving growth in the region
- Identifying and qualifying new leads through market research and outreach efforts
- Collaborating with the Franchise Development department to minimize time spent on lead generation
Requirements:
- 5+ years' experience in business ownership or transactional sales
- Strong CRM skills and ability to achieve goals under pressure
- Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle
- Ability to travel up to 50% of the time
