HRIS System Administrator

Coverys is seeking a highly skilled HRIS Analyst to join our team. As an HRIS Analyst, you will be responsible for administering Workday systems and processes to ensure effective operations.
Key Responsibilities- Administer Workday systems and processes to ensure accurate data and system integrity.
- Analyze, test, implement, and support HR tools, applications, and systems.
- Work closely with stakeholders to ensure accurate data and system integrity.
- Document, implement, and monitor HRIS systems security and processes.
- Manage user permissions, access, personalization, and similar system operations and settings.
- Serve as liaison between HR, IT, Finance, external vendors, and other stakeholders for HRIS projects.
- Manage integrations to ensure accuracy and fulfillment.
- Build and run ad-hoc reports as requested by business partners.
- Work with vendors to troubleshoot and escalate issues as necessary.
- Plan and develop processes, reports, and automation.
- Enhance the WD experience for end users through the use of dashboards, reporting, and training.
- Promote quality, compliance management, and process improvements using various tools and guidance.
- Bachelor's Degree; 3+ years experience using Workday HR modules required.
- Workday certifications (i.e. HCM, Security, Benefits, Time, Absence, Payroll, etc.) a plus.
- Possesses high degree of knowledge of Workday reporting.
- Strong technical skills as it relates to an enterprise data management system.
- Intermediate to advanced knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and Power Point required.
- Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality and trustworthiness.
- Ability to think outside the box to solve complex problems.
- A team spirit and cooperative attitude, professional and pleasant demeanor.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
The base salary range for this role is $76,000 - $102,600. Individual compensation packages are based on a variety of factors that are unique to each candidate including geographic location, skill set, experience, qualifications, and education.
