Compensation: Annual salary of $65,000
Location: Human Resources Department; this position primarily requires on-site work, with potential for hybrid arrangements based on supervisor consultation.
Position Summary:The HRIS Coordinator plays a crucial role in overseeing the PSI HRIS systems along with other related human resources technologies to align with the strategic objectives of the Human Resources department. This position also provides administrative support to HR functions and is tasked with generating and disseminating various complex reports.
The role may necessitate on-site presence depending on public health circumstances and departmental requirements.
Qualifications:Education/Training: An Associate's Degree or equivalent certification, or three (3) years of relevant experience in HRIS.
Essential Skills:
- Proficiency in office operations, with a minimum of two years' experience in HRIS databases or payroll systems.
- Strong typing, word processing, spreadsheet, organizational, and communication abilities.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Background in business or human resources, or a relevant undergraduate degree.
- Extensive experience with both manual and computerized HRIS.
- Experience in human services within a non-profit setting.
- Ability to communicate in Spanish.
- Capability to lift up to 30 pounds.
