Business Development Manager Opportunity

Collette Travel Service is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Manager to join our team. As the longest-running tour operator in North America, we offer a unique opportunity to shape the future of our company.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales and business development, with a proven track record of success in identifying and pursuing new business opportunities. They will be responsible for selling guided travel and identifying potential growth areas, as well as developing long-term relationships with guests and travel professionals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Sell guided travel and identify potential growth areas
  • Develop long-term relationships with guests and travel professionals
  • Travel throughout the territory to promote the benefits of Collette travel experiences
  • Support partner marketing efforts and present to potential travelers
  • Solicit new accounts and maintain relationships with existing accounts to meet and exceed revenue goals

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree preferred
  • History of high levels of achievement and overcoming obstacles in business, academics, or athletics
  • Strong relationship development and management skills
  • Proactive, trustworthy, and self-driven approach to business
  • Growth mindset leading to continual development
  • Possession of a valid driver's license and ability to travel overnight
