During your time with us, you will:

  • Learn to execute business processes by observing teams in action.
  • Document processes and make recommendations for improvement.
  • Train team members on improved processes, specifically working within the Parts team.

As part of our team, we will:

  • Provide you with real-world assignments that offer valuable experience as you begin your career.
  • Teach you standard tools for Lean practices used by Genie/Terex.

Requirements:

  • Currently pursuing a bachelor's degree or higher in Business, Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain, Quality/Continuous Improvement, or a similar field, or graduated within the last two years.
  • Able to work full-time 40 hours per week for 6 months in Bothell, WA (Hybrid).
  • Desire to work in an office environment.
  • Knowledge of process improvement and Lean manufacturing concepts.
  • Enthusiasm to interact with internal team members, customers, and associated customer-facing processes.
  • Ability to deal with ambiguity.
  • Strong experience with Office 365 tools, such as Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, and Planner.
  • Good presentation skills and analytical thinking.
  • Listens and learns before acting.
  • Ability to communicate tactfully and respond positively.
  • Good organizational and time management skills.

Nice to Have:

  • Salesforce and Oracle ERP experience.
  • Experience analyzing and interpreting trends from data.
  • Ability to assimilate quickly into a team environment.
  • Natural curiosity to learn.
  • Self-motivated.
  • Positive and energetic.
  • Ability to adapt and learn data systems, such as Oracle ERP and OneStream.
  • Excellent verbal communication skills, relationship building skills, and demonstrated ability to work across functional areas and levels of management.

The compensation for this position is $26/hr for undergraduate interns and $28/hr for graduate or returning interns. This position is eligible for holiday pay.
