Job Description:

As a Business Analyst Co-Op for Sales Transformation, you will be immersed in challenging real-world projects that drive business results at Terex. You will partner with global team members and multiple departments within Genie, including Sales, Sales Operations, Customer Service, SIOP, and Product Management. You will participate in various new and existing strategic projects and Sales process transformation.

Your responsibilities will include leading assigned areas of research and development, creating solutions, and making recommendations for business adoption. You will support the development of the Genie Sales team Management system and demand generation activities.

Must haves: Currently pursuing a bachelor's degree or higher in Sales, Marketing, Business, Data Analytics, Business Analytics, or similar field or graduated within last two years. Proactive and conscientious attitude, with ability to lead oneself and use one's initiative to make decisions. Flexibility to work early mornings to collaborate with Western Europe and West coast USA during their working day. Capability and capacity to work remotely if required.

Nice to haves: Ability to work and attend our Bothell, WA, office as required to enhance integration and experience with team members. An interest in the Construction industry sector and/or Sales, Marketing, and Business functions.
