Key Responsibilities:

  • Engage with clients to address and resolve concerns, ensuring their continued satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Handle incoming requests related to service cancellations, working diligently to retain clients through effective solutions.
  • Conduct outreach via calls and correspondence to maintain customer engagement and prevent cancellations.
  • Collaborate with various teams to identify at-risk clients and proactively address potential issues.
  • Document client needs and challenges, providing tailored solutions that align with both client goals and company objectives.
  • Maintain comprehensive knowledge of ChiroTouch’s products and services to offer optimal solutions to clients.

Essential Qualifications:

  • Exceptional interpersonal skills with the ability to inspire and motivate clients.
  • Outstanding verbal and written communication skills; bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish is advantageous.
  • Strong negotiation skills to navigate conversations and maintain client engagement.
  • Proficient in basic computer applications and Microsoft Office tools.
  • Adaptability to changing priorities while maintaining focus on client satisfaction.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in a retention-focused role.
  • Familiarity with chiropractic or medical office operations.
  • Basic understanding of accounting principles.
