Position: Customer Service Representative

Compensation: $22 per hour with potential for monthly bonuses
Work Schedule: Monday - Friday, Full-time, on-site
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage incoming calls and emails from current clients
- Address general inquiries related to customer service
- Implement strategies to enhance customer retention
- Handle objections concerning account issues
- Resolve client concerns promptly with appropriate follow-up
- Accurately log information into the CRM system
- Prepare outgoing communications
- Exhibit exceptional customer service and professionalism
- Meet departmental call metrics and standards
- Perform additional tasks as required
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 2 years experience in a call center customer service role
- Strong skills in conflict resolution
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
- Prior experience with CRM systems is preferred
