  • Attractive commission structure alongside an hourly wage.
Job Overview:

The Retail Solutions Consultant serves as an ambassador for a leading Telecom brand, acting as the primary contact for both new and existing clientele.

In a Third Party Retail setting, this individual will assist customers in navigating their purchasing decisions, installation processes, and education regarding Telecom products and accessories, all while ensuring an exceptional customer experience.

The Retail Solutions Consultant is accountable for achieving set sales, revenue, and customer satisfaction goals by providing customers with suitable product and accessory solutions.

As a vital member of the sales team, this position demands strong interpersonal skills and a commitment to delivering an outstanding customer experience.

Beyond sales, revenue, and customer service responsibilities, this individual plays a crucial role in enhancing sales and profitability by focusing on key business initiatives, store merchandising, marketing execution, and inventory management.


Skills and Qualifications

  • 1 or more years of experience preferred in a related field (Sales, Retail Sales, etc.)
  • Ability to meet established sales, retention, and customer experience targets
  • Willingness to work a flexible schedule including weekends, evenings, and holidays
  • Computer literacy with an aptitude for learning about communication products and services
  • Must possess reliable transportation and the ability to work at various retail locations
  • Proven track record of high individual performance with demonstrated financial results in sales and retention
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills to effectively sell products using a solutions-based approach
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize in a service-oriented, fast-paced team environment
  • Capability to lift - pounds to assist with stock room inventory management
  • Ability to remain mobile within the store for extended periods to greet customers and demonstrate products and services.
