Job Overview

The Human Resources Specialist plays a vital role in supporting the Chief Human Capital Officer (CHCO) and various HR functions within the organization.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide administrative assistance to the CHCO, including managing schedules, drafting correspondence, preparing presentations, and attending meetings to document minutes.
  • Collaborate with various HR functions such as recruiting, learning and development, employee relations, and operations.
  • Lead and participate in HR projects aimed at enhancing processes and improving efficiency.
  • Assist in the execution of marketing and branding initiatives related to HR, as well as general HR education campaigns.
  • Facilitate New Employee Orientation and support onboarding processes.
  • Act as a member of various HR committees, contributing to discussions and initiatives.
  • Provide support to HR business partners with administrative tasks, correspondence, and scheduling needs.
  • Perform additional HR-related duties as required.

Required Qualifications:

Candidates should possess strong customer service skills, excellent writing abilities, analytical thinking, and proficiency in the MS Office Suite. Experience in at least two key HR functions such as Recruiting, Benefits, Compensation, or Employee Relations is essential.


Preferred Skills:

Confidentiality, interpersonal communication, political acumen, teamwork, proactive attitude, and the ability to navigate ambiguity are highly valued.
