Key Responsibilities
  • Client Relations: Greet clients and set a positive office atmosphere, ensuring a welcoming and professional environment.
  • Communication: Answer phone calls, take messages, and redirect calls to appropriate offices, demonstrating excellent communication skills.
  • Administrative Tasks: Organize and maintain forms and records, update documents and spreadsheets, and oversee the sorting and distribution of incoming mail.
  • Office Operations: Prepare outgoing mail, operate office equipment, and perform inventory of office supplies.
  • Verification and Scheduling: Verify insurance eligibility, confirm appointments, and assist providers with pharmacy communications.
  • Centralized Scheduling: Maintain centralized scheduling for clinical and medical departments, ensuring seamless coordination.
Requirements
  • Education: High School Diploma or equivalent, Associate's degree preferred.
  • Experience: Successful work experience in a front office setting or in another clerical position, with strong working knowledge of office procedures and basic accounting principles.
  • Skills: Ability to effectively use and maintain office equipment, solid knowledge of Microsoft Office, outstanding communication skills, and great organizational and multitasking abilities.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Certifications: Current CPR Certification and Narcan Certification.
