  • Preparing and processing all Night Audit work, ensuring timely and accurate completion of tasks.
  • Initiating and completing the End of Day process, including running reports and reconciliations as required.
  • Handling and following through on all guest requests in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Collaborating with the Front Desk team to ensure seamless guest service and efficient operations.
