About Role

**Executive Vice President, Strategic Growth**

As a senior M&A leader in the company, you will play a critical role in our executive leadership team with a primary focus on M&A and fundraising initiatives. You will work closely with the team to craft strategies that enhance our market position and achieve financial growth. Subject to business growth, capital raise, and candidate performance in the first year of engagement, the company may offer competitive equity in addition to other performance-based incentives.

**Key Responsibilities**

• Lead financial and strategic planning, including capital raise and M&A activities aligned with the AI tech business of the company.

• Develop and maintain investor relationships to successfully secure funding through multiple funding rounds on an ongoing basis.

• Lead strategic acquisitions in the US domestic and global landscape that are aligned with the company's growth goals.

• Support post-close integration and transition of the acquired targets and coordinate with the steady-state operating management as applicable.

• Provide strategic financial inputs and leadership to the team on key decisions of the company.

**Qualifications:**

• Proven experience as a General Partner, Venture Capitalist, Managing Director, Investor, finance executive, or relevant role, particularly in high-growth startups, M&A, and corporate finance with rich experience in capital raise, roll-ups, and successful exits.

• Strong experience in fundraising rounds through established investor networks, including Family Offices, Institutional Investors, Private Equity companies, High Net Worth Individuals, and other investors with investment mandates in marketing, advertising, and tech space.

• Experience in strategic acquisitions, integration, and business scaling with a proven track record of successful exits.

• Seasoned expertise in financial data analysis, forecasting models, cap tables, SAFE, and priced rounds of fundraising.

• Strong leadership and communication skills.

**Job Types:** Full-time, Part-time, Contract

**Pay:** $120,000.00 - $180,000.00 per year
