Job Title: Vice President, Tech Services M&A Advisory

Citizens Mergers and Acquisitions Advisory, a division of Citizens Bank, is seeking a seasoned professional to lead our Tech Services Mergers and Acquisitions practice. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving strategic growth and executing complex transactions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead all phases of Mergers and Acquisitions transaction execution, including client interaction, deal origination, and execution.
  • Collaborate with industry-aligned Corporate Finance and Financial Sponsor Coverage partners to support existing clients and drive new business origination.
  • Develop and maintain strategic advisory relationships with clients and prospects.
  • Prospect and market to build an inventory of relationships with owner/operators and Private Equity-backed companies.
  • Actively participate in the development of junior professionals, including hiring, onboarding, training, and mentoring.
Requirements:
  • 6+ years of experience executing middle-market Mergers and Acquisitions transactions.
  • 6+ years of experience executing Private Equity-backed transactions with an active knowledge of the relevant sponsor universe.
  • Experience in the Tech Services sector is preferred.
  • Ability to lead and manage internal teams and external clients.
