Key Responsibilities

  • Monitoring and Supporting Progress Toward Guest Services and Front Desk Goals
    • Manage day-to-day operations to meet customer expectations
    • Develop and implement strategies to improve service quality
    • Collaborate with the Front Office Manager to achieve departmental goals
  • Ensuring Exceptional Customer Service
    • Provide personalized service to guests, exceeding their expectations
    • Empower employees to deliver exceptional customer experiences
    • Monitor and address guest complaints and concerns
  • Managing Projects and Policies
    • Implement customer recognition and service programs
    • Ensure compliance with credit policies and procedures
    • Monitor and report on departmental performance
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; 2 years of experience in the hospitality industry preferred
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent customer service skills
