- Monitoring and Supporting Progress Toward Guest Services and Front Desk Goals
- Manage day-to-day operations to meet customer expectations

- Collaborate with the Front Office Manager to achieve departmental goals
- Ensuring Exceptional Customer Service
- Provide personalized service to guests, exceeding their expectations
- Empower employees to deliver exceptional customer experiences
- Monitor and address guest complaints and concerns
- Managing Projects and Policies
- Implement customer recognition and service programs
- Ensure compliance with credit policies and procedures
- Monitor and report on departmental performance
- High school diploma or equivalent required; 2 years of experience in the hospitality industry preferred
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent customer service skills
