Administrative Coordinator

Grand Concierge LLC is looking for a skilled Administrative Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our office employees, ensuring they have all the information and resources they need to perform their best. Your responsibilities will include making phone calls, attending meetings, and processing orders. We offer a competitive salary of $50,000 - $60,000 per year, depending on experience.
Responsibilities:
- Answer incoming phone calls and route them to the appropriate person.
- Maintain a calendar.
- Write emails, memos, and letters, and distribute them appropriately.
- Contribute to company reports.
- Maintain an organized filing system.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience as an Administrative Assistant or in a similar position is preferred.
- Familiarity with standard office equipment such as printers and fax machines.
- Excellent computer skills and knowledge of Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, and Google Docs.
- Highly organized with excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize projects.
