Operations Coordinator for Security Services

CWC Security LLC is a dynamic and growing company that provides security products and services to both residential and commercial clients in the Long Island and New York Tri-State area.
We are seeking an experienced Operations Coordinator for Security Services to join our team.
The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating daily operations, ensuring smooth communication with clients and team members, and maintaining a secure and efficient work environment.
As a key member of our team, you will have the opportunity to grow with us and contribute to our mission of providing high-quality security products and services.
The estimated salary for this position is $55,000-$70,000 per year, depending on experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinating daily operations, including scheduling appointments and inspections, ordering materials, and managing client relationships
- Maintaining accurate records and files, including permits and contracts
- Providing exceptional customer service, responding promptly to client inquiries and resolving issues in a timely manner
- Collaborating with the team to ensure seamless communication and coordination
- Performing administrative tasks, such as data entry, mail management, and package receipt
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a related field, preferably in the security industry
- Excellent communication, organizational, and time management skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Outlook, Word, and Excel
