Executive Culinary Assistant

We are seeking an experienced Executive Culinary Assistant to join our team at Del Frisco's. This key role will assist the Executive Chef in overseeing the back-of-house operations, driving excellence in guest satisfaction, and promoting a positive work environment.
Salary: $75,000 - $85,000 per year
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the Executive Chef to manage all back-of-house staff, emphasizing ongoing training, development, and follow-up.
- Drive operational efficiency by achieving or exceeding budgeted labor and other cost centers through careful planning and execution.
- Maintain high standards of sanitation and organization within the work area, adhering to OSHA regulations.
Qualifications:
- At least 2 years of culinary management experience in an upscale/fine dining establishment.
- Strong knowledge of back-of-the-house operations, including staff supervision, inventory control, and food/labor cost management.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and conflict resolution skills.
- A stable and progressive work history, along with a strong work ethic.
