About the Opportunity

Coury Hospitality Corporate is seeking an experienced Executive Chef to lead our culinary team at The Seahaus Hotel, a luxury boutique hotel in Atlantic City, New Jersey. This is an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic and innovative company that prioritizes delivering exceptional guest experiences.

The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of kitchen operations, including menu planning, inventory management, and staff supervision. We estimate the salary for this role to be around $120,000 - $150,000 per year, depending on experience. In addition to a competitive salary, we offer a comprehensive benefits package and opportunities for professional growth and development.

Requirements:

  • At least 5 years of high-volume cooking experience, including fine dining and banquet events
  • At least two years in a Culinary Leadership position
  • In-depth skills and knowledge of all kitchen operations
