US001 Marsh USA LLC is seeking a highly skilled Business Development Executive to join our Private Client Services team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving new business growth and expanding our client base in the insurance industry.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategic plans to identify and pursue new business opportunities in the insurance sector.
- Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, partners, and industry professionals.
- Conduct market research and analysis to stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor activity.
- Collaborate with internal teams to develop and implement sales strategies and tactics.
- Represent the company at industry events and conferences to build brand awareness and establish thought leadership.
Requirements
- Broker License
- Bachelor's degree strongly preferred
- Minimum of five years' experience in new business development, preferably in the insurance industry
