The Medical Office Coordinator role at InterMed is an exciting opportunity to work in a dynamic medical environment. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our healthcare providers and staff.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Facilitate provider schedule changes in electronic medical records
  • Manage AMION and TeleMed provider schedules
  • Monitor physicians' schedules, adjust for vacation times, and update pod mapping
  • Oversee office supply inventory
  • Provide coverage for the front desk as needed

**Requirements:**

  • Associate's degree in Business or related field preferred, not required
  • Previous administrative experience in a medical office environment
  • Intermediate proficiency of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint) and webmail
  • Good professional judgment skills
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality

**Estimated Salary:** $45,000 - $60,000 per year, depending on location and experience. This salary estimate is based on national averages for similar positions in the United States.
