Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Medical Office Coordinator to join our team at MaineHealth. This is a full-time position that requires excellent communication and organizational skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

About the Role

The successful candidate will perform a variety of administrative tasks, including scheduling appointments, answering phone calls, and preparing medical records. They will also be responsible for maintaining accurate and up-to-date patient information, as well as providing exceptional customer service to patients and their families.

Key Responsibilities
  • Schedule appointments and maintain accurate patient records
  • Answer phone calls and respond to emails in a timely manner
  • Prepare and distribute medical records as needed
Requirements

To be considered for this role, candidates must have a high school diploma or equivalent, as well as three years of experience in a medical office setting. A current BLS certification is preferred but not required.
