Job Summary
Northern Light Health is seeking a skilled Medical Unit Coordinator to join our team. This is a PRN position, with an estimated salary of $35,000 - $50,000 per year, depending on experience.

About the Role
This role involves coordinating unit activities, managing patient records, processing physician orders, and ensuring a safe environment for patients and staff. You will work closely with healthcare professionals to provide high-quality care and maintain accurate records.

Responsibilities
* Coordinate assigned unit activities and ensure smooth operation
* Manage patient records, including assembling and filing documents, and entering data into computer systems
* Process physician orders, transcribing and flagging charts as necessary
* Safely transport patients and other items as directed
* Maintain a safe environment, reporting hazards and violations to management

Requirements
* High School Diploma or equivalent required
* Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification preferred
* Strong communication and organizational skills
* Ability to lift 30-50 pounds and work variable shifts
