Transform Customer Service with Intercom
At Intercom, we're revolutionizing the way businesses interact with their customers through AI-first customer service. As a Relationship Manager, you'll be a key member of our team driving growth and expansion in Latin America.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling Intercom's solutions.
- Provide timely and accurate forecasts and clear visibility on revenue performance.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of our evolving products and processes.
- Create tailored demonstrations for clients.
- Engage in team development and mentoring.
- Represent the voice of the customer to cross-functional partners.
- Contribute to the overall growth of the global Enterprise business.
Requirements:
- 4+ years of experience in a closing role.
- 2+ years of SaaS experience selling similar products.
- Proficiency in Portuguese, fluency in Spanish also preferred.
- Strong sales instincts and track record hitting and exceeding quota.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to close net new business in a competitive landscape.
