Job Summary

TriNet is seeking a highly skilled Broker Relationship Manager to develop and implement a regional broker strategy for key accounts, driving profitable sales of products, services, and solutions through effective articulation of TriNet's value proposition to executive customer levels. This influential role works closely with Sales Consultants and leadership to leverage TriNet's core offerings, build long-term relationships, and provide thought leadership.

Key Responsibilities
  • Represent and convey TriNet's products, solutions, and services, demonstrating tangible economic value, driving growth, and linking to customer business drivers and key performance indicators.
  • Target prospective brokers through various channels, including phone, email, social media, networking events, and association events, to add to the TriNet family of referral partners.
  • Troubleshoot issues with internally aligned support teams.
  • Collaborate with regional field sales consultants, leadership, and internal stakeholders to leverage TriNet resources.
  • Develop trust-based, mutually beneficial relationships with principal customer sponsors while promoting business growth and balancing selling efforts at multiple customer levels within Strategic Accounts.
  • Generate pipeline that leads to closed revenue and quota attainment.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience preferred.
  • Typically 8+ years in Sales and/or account relationship management experience in consultative sales preferred.
  • Typically 2+ years experience in TriNet Sales as a top performer preferred.

  • Account planning facilitation and presentation skills.
  • Strong executive level selling and relationship skills.
  • Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Knowledge of sales principles and applied sales techniques.
  • Ability to negotiate challenges, remove barriers, and work through issues.
  • Demonstrated commitment to high professional ethical standards and a diverse workplace.
  • Deep understanding of how the business operates and the priorities that drive decisions from the C-level.
  • Ability to adapt to a fast-paced, continually changing business and work environment while managing multiple priorities.
  • Ability to communicate and influence at all levels of the organization.
  • Possess cross-function integration and collaboration skills.
  • High intellectual curiosity and emotional intelligence.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and Salesforce.
Travel Requirements

Travel may be required domestically 50%.

Work Environment
  • Work in a clean, pleasant, and comfortable home or office setting.
  • Position may be considered remote and require reliable and consistent internet service.

The salary range for this role is $85,500 to $205,200. The candidate's final salary offer will be based on the candidate's skills, education, work location, and experience. Candidates hired into roles in the sales organization are also eligible for commissions consistent with TriNet's commission plan. Additionally, subject to applicable eligibility requirements, TriNet offers permanent full-time employees a variety of benefits, including medical, dental, and vision plans, life and disability insurance, a 401(K) savings plan, an employee stock purchase plan, eleven (11) Company observed holidays, PTO, and a comprehensive leave program.
