We are seeking a skilled Relationship Manager to join our Global Commercial Banking– Technology Group at Bank of America. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing client strategies, assessing risks and impacts, and leading cross-functional teams to deliver financial products and services to clients. They will also be expected to have a deep understanding of Bank of America's products and services, as well as the ability to engage with CEO and CFO levels on client industry and capital structures.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage a portfolio of clients and prospects, identifying new business opportunities and enhancing existing relationships
  • Develop and implement client strategies, assessing risks and impacts from both client and bank perspectives
  • Lead cross-functional teams to deliver financial products and services to clients
  • Have a deep understanding of Bank of America's products and services
  • Engage with CEO and CFO levels on client industry and capital structures

Requirements:

  • 5+ years' experience in commercial lending or investment banking
  • Proven track record of managing client relationships and identifying new business opportunities
  • Strong corporate finance, capital markets, and accounting acumen
  • Financial modeling experience and completion of formal credit training
  • Outstanding oral and written communication skills
  • Demonstrated leadership ability

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience covering Technology clients

Education Requirements:

  • Undergraduate degree or equivalent work experience

Pay Transparency details:

This role is eligible to participate in the annual discretionary plan based on individual performance, contributions, and overall success of the Company. The annualized salary for this role is $120,000.00 to $190,000.00, with offers to be determined based on experience, education, and skill set.
