We are seeking a highly skilled Recruiter/HR Admin to join our team at ABCO Facility Maintenance. As a key member of our HR department, you will be responsible for full-cycle recruiting, talent sourcing, and HR administration.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement a comprehensive recruiting strategy in collaboration with the HR Manager
- Source and recruit top talent using various databases, social media, and other tools
- Screen candidate resumes and applications, and conduct interviews using reliable recruiting and selection tools
- Assess applicants' knowledge, skills, and experience, and onboard new employees
- Monitor and apply HR recruiting best practices, and provide analytical reports to the team
- Act as a point of contact and build relationships with candidates during the selection process
- Minimum 4-5 years of full-cycle recruiting experience
- Proven track record of employment with at least 5 years in length
- HR experience preferred
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and computer literate
- Strong communication, organizational, and attention to detail skills
- 100% remote position with equipment provided

- Paid vacation and sick time
