Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive recruiting strategy in collaboration with the HR Manager
  • Source and recruit top talent using various databases, social media, and other tools
  • Screen candidate resumes and applications, and conduct interviews using reliable recruiting and selection tools
  • Assess applicants' knowledge, skills, and experience, and onboard new employees
  • Monitor and apply HR recruiting best practices, and provide analytical reports to the team
  • Act as a point of contact and build relationships with candidates during the selection process
Requirements:
  • Minimum 4-5 years of full-cycle recruiting experience
  • Proven track record of employment with at least 5 years in length
  • HR experience preferred
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and computer literate
  • Strong communication, organizational, and attention to detail skills
