We are seeking a highly skilled HR Operations Specialist to join our team at Sales Partners. As an HR Operations Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in supporting the daily operations of our Human Resources department. Your primary responsibilities will include:

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinating the recruitment process, including posting job openings, reviewing resumes, and scheduling interviews, to ensure a seamless hiring experience.
  • Maintaining and updating employee records, ensuring compliance with data protection regulations and confidentiality, to safeguard sensitive information.
  • Supporting the onboarding process for new hires by preparing employment contracts, orientation materials, and conducting thorough inductions.
  • Assisting in the administration of employee benefits programs, responding to inquiries, and providing exceptional customer service to ensure employees' needs are met.
  • Coordinating training programs and employee development initiatives to enhance skill sets and promote growth within the organization.
  • Preparing HR reports and presentations as needed, including employee metrics and retention statistics, to inform business decisions and drive growth.
  • Providing HR support, answering employee questions regarding policies, procedures, and benefits, and ensuring a positive employee experience.
  • Supporting event planning for employee engagement activities and wellness programs to foster a positive work environment.
  • Assisting with various administrative duties, including data entry, maintaining HR databases, and ensuring the smooth operation of the HR department.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in an administrative role, with a background in Human Resources being highly desirable.
  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and confidentiality.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-oriented attitude and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously, prioritize tasks, and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Estimated Salary: $55,000 - $65,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications.

Location: Remote work is not available for this position.
