Job Title: HR Administrative Assistant

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced HR Administrative Assistant to join our team at Vaco. As a key member of our HR department, you will provide administrative support to our HR team and contribute to the success of our organization.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide administrative support to the HR team, including preparing and distributing correspondence, reports, and other documents.
  • Assist with recruitment and hiring processes, including scheduling interviews and maintaining candidate records.
  • Manage employee data and maintain accurate and up-to-date records.
  • Coordinate employee onboarding and offboarding processes.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to employees and management.
Requirements:
  • 2-4 years of administrative experience, with 1-3 years in an HR function.
  • Strong office skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite.
  • Excellent writing and communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
  • Strong customer service skills and ability to maintain confidentiality.
