Job Summary

Franklin International is seeking an HR Assistant to provide administrative support and assistance to the HR team. This role will be responsible for front desk duties, including answering employee inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service to employees, responding to inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Coordinate activities with HR representatives and other departments to ensure seamless communication and collaboration.
  • Process and maintain employee records, including new hire paperwork and benefits enrollment.
  • Manage the Franklin apparel inventory, including ordering and tracking supplies.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with employees and applicants, providing support and guidance as needed.
  • Analyze and interpret company policies, rules, and regulations to ensure compliance and consistency.
Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent required. 2 years of HR experience or 5-8 years of office administration experience preferred. Computer literacy and Microsoft Office experience required. Knowledge of HRIS systems, particularly Dayforce, is a plus. Exposure to recruiting is a plus.
