This is a Job Description for a Recruiting Coordinator at Vertex Aerospace LLC (Remote)

The Talent Acquisition team at Vertex Aerospace LLC is seeking a Recruiting Coordinator to provide administrative assistance to our recruiting team. To be successful in this role, you will develop and maintain business relationships and be recognized as a trusted partner.

This requires working with a sense of urgency, driving the process forward, and having excellent follow-up skills.

Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Schedule meetings, interviews, and HR events and maintain agendas.
  • Handle last-minute scheduling changes.
  • Coordinate TA training sessions and seminars.
  • Produce and Submit reports on general TA activity.
  • Assist with the recruitment process by initiating and monitoring background checks and drug screenings.
  • Assist with the posting of open positions in the Applicant Tracking System.
  • Coordinate candidate Travel.
  • Other duties as assigned

Requirements and Qualifications:

  • H/S Diploma or equivalent.
  • Prior experience using an Applicant Tracking System.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Works well under pressure and meets tight deadlines.
  • Ability to take initiative and work independently when needed.
  • Highly computer literate.
  • Strong skills using Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Organizational and time management skills.
  • Strong decision-making and problem-solving skills.
  • Meticulous attention to detail.
  • Attentive listener.
  • Ability to follow directions accurately and without hesitation.
  • HR competence.
  • Understanding, empathetic, and relatable.
  • Professional integrity and sense of responsibility and accountability
