Job Title: HR Associate Relations Specialist

Role Type: W2 Contract

Location: Columbus, OH

Duration: 6 months

Pay Rate: $30-40/Hr.

Job Description:

We are seeking a dedicated Associate Relations Specialist to support the administration of HR policies and procedures and manage associate relations matters. This role is a key individual contributor position, focused on resolving employee issues, ensuring consistency in policy application, and partnering with various teams to maintain a positive work environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Associate Relations Case Management:
    • Manage associate relations cases, emails, and requests promptly and effectively.
    • Investigate and help resolve associate relations issues, consulting with legal partners when necessary.
  • Coaching and Guidance:
    • Provide coaching to leaders and managers on processes and best practices for addressing associate relations matters.
    • Guide conversations to resolve employee concerns while aligning with company policies and values.
  • Policy Application and Compliance:
    • Ensure consistent application of policies, practices, and company values across the organization.
  • Leave and Accommodation Support:
    • Assist in managing leaves of absence, return-to-work processes, accommodations, and unemployment matters.
  • Collaboration with Asset Protection:
    • Partner with the Asset Protection team on resolving investigations, background checks, and related issues.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field, or equivalent experience.
  • 2-4 years of experience in HR, with a focus on associate relations.
