About the Role

This role requires a deep understanding of domestic and global markets, strategic thinking, and a track record of leading successful marketing campaigns across multiple regions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop comprehensive advertisement strategies to support the admissions cycle and drive qualified leads to Chicago Booth.
  • Lead and guide cross-functional teams in planning, conceptualizing, and executing unified, multichannel marketing campaigns.
  • Oversight of all integrated marketing campaigns, ensuring creative deliverables are met and aligned with overall campaign objectives.
  • Collaborate with and manage various contracted external agencies to create marketing and media plans and develop innovative and creative design campaigns.
  • Develop, implement, and report out on KPIs for key marketing initiatives.
  • Manage the marketing advertisement budget under an always-on model, ensuring efficient allocation and ROI evaluation.
  • Leverage analytics to measure marketing effectiveness, using data-driven insights to optimize strategies and identify opportunities for growth and innovation.
  • Provide recommendations and insights to senior leadership on improvements to marketing processes that will drive scalability, ROI, and efficiency into key areas for continuous enhancements.
Requirements
  • Minimum 10+ years of work experience in a related job discipline.
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or other related course of study.
