Requirements
  • Experience: 3 years of experience in a retail environment or a bachelor's degree with 1 year of experience in a retail environment.
  • Customer Service and Sales: 3 years of customer service and sales experience in an incentive-based role, with a focus on retail banking.
  • Digital Banking: Working knowledge of digital banking products and services.
  • Sales Goals: Demonstrated ability to meet individual sales goals on a monthly and annual basis.
  • Product Knowledge: Demonstrated knowledge of the Bank's products and services.
  • Interpersonal Skills: Excellent interpersonal and verbal communication skills.
  • Licenses and Certifications: If applicable, able to register as a licensed Mortgage Loan Originator as required under the S.A.F.E. Act.
