Key Responsibilities:

  1. Conduct comprehensive financial analyses and control functions, including complex reconciliations and transaction approvals.

  3. Develop detailed budgeting and forecasting models, along with long-term financial planning and reporting.
  4. Address unique financial challenges by leveraging advanced technical knowledge and proposing necessary policy adjustments.
  5. Design and implement robust internal control measures, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and policies.
  6. Lead cross-functional projects and initiatives that enhance operational efficiency and financial processes.
  7. Facilitate training on new financial systems and serve as a subject matter expert for internal and external stakeholders.
  8. Assess organizational needs and provide strategic recommendations for financial management.

Compensation: The anticipated salary range for this position is $111,000 to $143,000 annually, reflecting the organization's commitment to equitable compensation based on qualifications and experience.

Qualifications:

  1. Bachelor's degree with a minimum of six years of relevant experience.
  2. Proficiency in financial systems and advanced analytical tools, particularly Microsoft Excel.
  3. In-depth understanding of GAAP and fund accounting principles.
  4. Exceptional communication skills, capable of conveying complex financial information effectively.
  5. Strong project management capabilities, with experience leading multi-disciplinary teams.
