Job Overview

As a Front Desk Service Motivator at Gold's Gym PNW, you'll be the first point of contact for our members, setting the tone for a positive and engaging experience. Your role will involve opening the gym each day, ensuring a smooth and efficient start to the day.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service to members, addressing their queries and concerns in a friendly and professional manner.
  • Manage office tasks, including basic accounting, computer, and housekeeping duties.
  • Develop strong relationships with members and colleagues, fostering a positive and inclusive gym environment.
  • Stay up-to-date with gym operations, ensuring a seamless experience for members.
Requirements
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Basic accounting, computer, and housekeeping skills.
  • CPR Certification (an asset).
