This critical position requires an individual with extensive experience in K-5 science education, strong coaching and training abilities, and excellent communication skills. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of Savvas products, standards-based reform, and differentiated instruction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • ">
  • Professional Development Delivery: Deliver high-quality professional development and technical assistance to schools in the Northeast Region.">
  • Coaching and Modeling: Coach teachers to apply Savvas program principles, differentiate instruction, and model coaching conversations.">
  • Support and Feedback: Provide critical feedback and support to teachers, observing classroom practices and informing instruction.">
  • Data Analysis: Analyze data from Savvas dashboards to inform instruction, differentiate student needs, and drive data-informed decision making.">
  • Administrative Support: Collaborate with administrators to identify implementation needs, provide feedback, and support teacher growth.">
  • Travel and Communication: Travel frequently (up to 70%) to meet with schools, provide training, and communicate with administrators.">

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree required; Master's preferred.">
  • At least five years of successful K-5 teaching experience and science content area expertise.">
  • Strong coaching and training abilities.">
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.">
  • Ability to travel frequently (up to 70%) and adapt to changing circumstances.">
  • Flexibility in scheduling and willingness to work extended hours.">

Compensation Package: $90,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
