Northeast Sales Manager

About the Role:
In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies to meet sales targets and exceed customer expectations. You will work closely with our distributor network to achieve business objectives and build strong relationships with customers and stakeholders to understand their needs and preferences.
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and execute sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for process improvements and implement changes as needed.

Requirements:
* Bachelor's Degree from an Accredited University (MBA or MA preferred).
* ~5+ years of medical device sales experience.
* ~Experience managing a network of independent sales distributors is preferred.
Compensation:
The estimated salary for this role is $180,000-$250,000 per year, depending on experience. We offer a comprehensive compensation package, including a competitive salary, excellent healthcare benefits, short and long-term disability, life insurance, 401K matching, and tuition assistance.
