Electrical Sales Leader for the Northeast Region

Job Summary:The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales and management, with a focus on electrical products and services. They will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies, managing a team of sales professionals, and driving business growth in the region.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute sales strategies to drive business growth in the Northeast Region
- Manage a team of sales professionals to ensure excellent customer service and sales performance
- Build and maintain relationships with key customers and partners
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and pursue new business opportunities
- Analyze market trends and competitor activity to inform sales strategies
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in a technical field or related field
- Minimum 8 years of sales and management experience in the electrical industry
- Proven track record of success in sales leadership roles
- Strong understanding of electrical products and services
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Preferred Qualifications:
- MBA or advanced degree in a related field
- Prior experience as a sales leader in a similar industry
- Knowledge of data center sales processes and complex channels of distribution
Salary: $183,461 - $269,076 per year
