Job Summary:

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales and management, with a focus on electrical products and services. They will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies, managing a team of sales professionals, and driving business growth in the region.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to drive business growth in the Northeast Region
  • Manage a team of sales professionals to ensure excellent customer service and sales performance
  • Build and maintain relationships with key customers and partners
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and pursue new business opportunities
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activity to inform sales strategies

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in a technical field or related field
  • Minimum 8 years of sales and management experience in the electrical industry
  • Proven track record of success in sales leadership roles
  • Strong understanding of electrical products and services
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Preferred Qualifications:

  • MBA or advanced degree in a related field
  • Prior experience as a sales leader in a similar industry
  • Knowledge of data center sales processes and complex channels of distribution

Salary: $183,461 - $269,076 per year
