Kelly Generator & Equipment is seeking motivated Inside Sales Representatives to enhance our Rental Sales division. These professionals will collaborate closely with our Outside Sales Representatives to develop a deep understanding of industry standards and manage sales territories effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist outside sales representatives with necessary quotations and documentation for various projects, ensuring all customer inquiries are handled with precision and speed.
  • Manage incoming communications via phone and email related to rental sales.
  • Input and update sales opportunities within the CRM system to maintain accurate records.
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive product knowledge to provide exceptional support to customers and effectively promote our offerings.
  • Work in conjunction with team members to achieve sales objectives and targets.
  • Support the inside administration team through daily utilization reports.
  • Conduct research on potential clients across different market segments to create lead lists for outside sales representatives.

  • Strong verbal and written communication abilities.
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills and a commitment to customer service.
  • Outstanding organizational skills with a keen attention to detail.
  • Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
  • Proficient in CRM software and data management.

Education and Experience:

  • High school diploma with a minimum of 3 years of experience in sales, marketing, or project coordination.

OR

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.

Physical Requirements:

  • Ability to sit for extended periods while working on a computer.
  • Capability to lift items weighing up to 15 pounds.
