Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist outside sales representatives with quotations and necessary documentation for projects, ensuring timely and accurate responses to all customer inquiries.
  • Manage incoming communications via calls and emails pertaining to rental sales.
  • Input and update sales opportunities within the CRM system.
  • Maintain an extensive understanding of product offerings to effectively assist customers and promote services.
  • Work collaboratively with team members to achieve sales objectives and targets.
  • Support the inside administration team through daily utilization reports.
  • Conduct research on potential clients across various market segments to create lead lists for outside sales representatives.

Qualifications:

  • Strong verbal and written communication abilities.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and customer service skills.
  • Excellent organizational capabilities and meticulous attention to detail.
  • Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
  • Proficient in CRM software and data management.

Education and Experience:

  • A high school diploma AND a minimum of 3 years of experience in sales, marketing, or project coordination.

OR

  • A bachelor's degree in a relevant field.

Physical Requirements:

  • Extended periods of sitting at a desk and utilizing a computer.
  • Ability to lift up to 15 pounds as needed.
