Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Manager, People Analytics to lead our efforts in harnessing the power of data to optimize our human capital strategies. The ideal candidate will possess a strong analytical mindset, exceptional leadership skills, and a proven track record of delivering actionable insights in a fast-paced, large-scale corporate environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and Execute a Comprehensive People Analytics Strategy

Assist in the development and execution of a comprehensive people analytics strategy aligned with the company's business objectives and human resources goals.

  • Collect, Analyze, and Interpret Data

Oversee the collection, analysis, and interpretation of data sets to provide actionable insights on workforce trends, performance, and engagement.

  • Collaborate with Senior Leaders and Cross-Functional Teams

Collaborate with senior leaders, HR partners, and cross-functional teams to identify key business challenges and opportunities that can be addressed through data-driven solutions.

  • Utilize Advanced Statistical Methods and Predictive Modeling

Utilize advanced statistical methods, predictive modeling, and machine learning techniques to forecast workforce trends and inform strategic and operational decision-making.

  • Drive Data-Driven Decision-Making

Drive the adoption of data-driven decision-making across the organization, ensuring alignment with corporate strategy and HR practices.

  • Lead Initiatives to Measure and Enhance Talent Acquisition, Development, and Retention

Lead initiatives to measure and enhance talent acquisition, talent development, retention, and overall employee experience.

  • Evaluate and Implement Analytics Tools and Platforms

Evaluate and implement analytics tools and platforms to enhance data collection, processing, and visualization capabilities.

Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree in Data Science, Statistics, Human Resources, Business Administration, or a Related Field

  • Minimum of 5 Years of Experience in People Analytics, Human Resources, or a Related Field
