Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Human Resources Operations Specialist to join our team at Yoh. As a key member of our Global Business Services (GBS) team, you will be responsible for providing a seamless and efficient onboarding experience for new employees.
Key Responsibilities:
- Onboarding Process Management: Develop and implement effective onboarding processes to ensure a smooth transition for new employees, including timely completion of background screenings and compliance documents.
- Communication and Collaboration: Provide exceptional customer service to new joiners, hiring managers, and other stakeholders, ensuring clear and timely communication throughout the onboarding process.
- System Administration: Utilize HR systems, such as Workday and ServiceNow, to manage onboarding processes, track progress, and analyze data to identify areas for improvement.
- Process Improvement: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities to streamline and improve onboarding processes, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Reporting and Analytics: Run and analyze reports to track onboarding metrics, identify trends, and provide insights to inform process improvements.
Requirements:
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field.
- Experience: Minimum one year of HR experience, preferably in an HR operations team, service provider, or shared services environment.
- Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills, organization skills, attention to detail, and ability to analyze and recommend alternatives.
- Technical Skills: Proficient in MS Office Suite, including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
