Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Financial Analyst to join our team at InsideHigherEd. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing analytical, budgeting, and financial planning support to our organization.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain financial models and forecasts to inform business decisions
  • Provide financial analysis and reporting to support budgeting and planning activities
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements
  • Design and implement financial reporting packages to provide insights into financial performance
  • Develop and maintain relationships with stakeholders to provide financial guidance and support
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in business, finance, or related field
  • 5 years of experience in financial analysis, budgeting, or modeling
  • Advanced experience with Microsoft Excel, Power BI, and other data transformational tools
  • Experience with large enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems
Preferred Qualifications
  • Master's degree in business, finance, or related field
  • Experience with Responsibility Center Management (RCM) budget model environment
  • Experience with cloud-based budget, financial planning, and analysis software
  • Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Power BI, and other data transformational tools
