Key Responsibilities:

Qualifications:
1. Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting; CPA or relevant certification is a plus.
2. A minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar financial management role, ideally within the manufacturing sector.
3. Proven expertise in ERP systems, financial analysis, budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
4. Strong background in preparing financial statements and understanding accounting principles.
5. In-depth knowledge of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP).
6. Familiarity with financial reporting standards.
7. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.
8. Exceptional analytical skills with meticulous attention to detail.
9. Strong organizational abilities to manage multiple projects effectively.
10. Excellent communication and leadership capabilities.
