  • Handle incoming phone inquiries
  • Facilitate patient check-in and check-out processes
  • Manage patient scheduling and rescheduling
  • Collect outstanding patient balances
  • Oversee fax and email communications

About Absolutely Able Home Care:

Our Front Office Specialist/Scheduler is integral to the smooth functioning of our multi-physician and multi-practice operations.

Work Schedule:

  • Monday to Friday

Additional Duties:

  • Coordinate patient appointments and provide essential information
  • Confirm appointments to minimize no-show occurrences
  • Collect co-payments and maintain accurate fee schedules
  • Verify insurance authorizations and manage fax communications
  • Engage with insurance providers for necessary authorizations and referrals
  • Handle high volumes of incoming calls
  • Accurately enter patient data into the system
  • Assist with provider credentialing and basic bookkeeping tasks
