The Opportunity:

We are seeking a Spa/Health Club Receptionist who is committed to delivering exceptional service and quality to our guests. The Spa/Health Club Receptionist will manage appointment bookings, welcome guests, and ensure a seamless spa experience.

Key responsibilities include but are not limited to:
  • Welcome all guests and provide personalized, courteous, and professional service tailored to their individual preferences and needs.
  • Promote, sell, and coordinate spa services and products, customizing packages to align with guests' objectives.
  • Ensure the accuracy and efficiency of the spa booking system to maximize sales opportunities.
  • Assist guests in selecting spa retail products used in treatments and skincare, ensuring ongoing care at home.
  • Maintain the highest standards of cleanliness and organization within the resort spa.
  • Manage check-ins, billing, and payments in accordance with established procedures.
What We Look For:

The ideal candidate will possess:
  • Previous experience and knowledge of spa operations is preferred.
  • The ability to stand for the duration of the work shift is required.
  • Proficiency in the English language.
