Position Overview
The Program Manager is responsible for setting strategic directions, identifying potential opportunities, and formulating and executing projects and programs that align with the organization's objectives. This role involves providing essential support to staff, volunteers, and vendors to achieve set goals. The Program Manager will oversee budget development and management, monitor performance metrics, and recommend necessary adjustments.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement project plans and procedures across various programs.
- Assess resource requirements, manage budgets, and define project scope and execution.
- Track progress towards milestones, establish timelines, and evaluate overall progress.
- Ensure compliance with both internal and external quality standards.
- Organize and lead teams, coordinating with internal and external stakeholders to achieve objectives.
- Create and maintain communication plans to keep stakeholders informed about processes and impacts.
- Review existing programs and processes to identify areas for improvement and measure performance against established goals.
- Analyze current processes and systems to assess their effectiveness and efficiency.
- Develop and implement innovative solutions that align with organizational goals.

Data Analysis and Improvement
- Collect relevant data and conduct root cause analysis to address issues or challenges.
- Utilize data to identify enhancements in programs and processes to meet outcome measures.
- Engage with stakeholders and partners to communicate program intentions and foster collaboration.
- Prepare communications related to priority programs, processes, and initiatives.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree preferred.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in program management.
- Expertise in consumer financial issues.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Proven ability to build strategic relationships internally and externally.

Preferred Qualifications
- Certified Financial Planner certification.

- Effective verbal and written communication skills.
- Respectful and understanding approach to maintaining professional relationships.
- Ability to exercise independent judgment in evaluating options and making decisions.
- Comfortable working in an open office environment with moderate noise levels.
