Salary: $65K per year

FWDthink LLC is in search of a Project Management Specialist to oversee the planning, organization, and allocation of resources necessary for the successful achievement of specific organizational objectives. The role involves ensuring that all initiatives are executed within defined scope, timeline, and budget parameters.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategically plan, coordinate, and manage projects of varying sizes.
  • Integrate all necessary functions and activities to fulfill project requirements and meet client expectations.
  • Lead project team members, manage costs and schedules, ensure compliance with contracts, and act as the primary point of contact for clients.
  • Oversee technical, financial, and scheduling aspects of assigned tasks.
  • Exhibit strong leadership capabilities that motivate multidisciplinary teams to address business needs for assigned projects.
  • Make decisions at the project team level and escalate unresolved issues in a timely manner.
  • Guide project team members, including executives and subject matter experts, throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Manage project teams that may include multiple vendors and operational centers.
  • Develop comprehensive project management plans, set clear expectations, and ensure adherence to organizational protocols.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to define project scope, objectives, goals, and deliverables.
  • Ensure timely delivery of projects within budget while maintaining scope. Monitor and track project dependencies effectively.
  • Create a detailed work breakdown structure that outlines all activities necessary for project deliverables.
  • Establish and maintain high-quality, informative written and verbal communications regarding project status, including weekly updates and dashboards.
  • Continuously monitor, track, and manage project tasks, timelines, achievement of milestones, and overall quality of project outputs.

Required Qualifications and Experience:

  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience of 5 years in relevant project management roles.
  • Proven ability to cultivate and sustain relationships, partnerships, and external networks.
  • Capacity to work autonomously with minimal supervision while effectively collaborating within a team environment.
  • Exceptional customer-facing skills.
  • Strong research, decision-making, and organizational capabilities are essential.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Demonstrated analytical, evaluative, and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Microsoft Project or similar project management software.
