Windows 10 Desktop Support Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Windows 10 Desktop Support Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have 2-5 years of experience in a corporate environment, with a strong background in Windows 10 Desktop Support.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide top-notch support to over 150 end users on various laptop, desktop, and tablet devices running Windows 10.
- Assist the build bench and asset team as needed, and provide remote takeover support using tools like Bomgar.
- Update databases and Service Now accurately, as billing is dependent on precise updates.
- Collaborate with the team to resolve technical issues and improve overall support services.
Requirements
- 2-5 years of Windows 10 Desktop Support experience in a corporate environment.
- 2-3 years of Enduser client-LAN/Networking support experience in a corporate environment.
- Excellent customer service skills and ability to work in a team environment.
- Detailed-oriented and able to accurately update databases and Service Now.
